How do I place an order?

There are a few ways to do this:
 
- Simply head to our Enquiry page and fill out the form
- Email Melting.Indulgence@outlook.com
- Message our Instagram page @Melting.Indulgence 
- Text or call 0492 921 682
 
Please include the following: 
1. Contact details: name, number and email address 
2. State which box you are after: Pack of 2 or 4 and gift box or Christmas edition 
3. Select your flavours: Chocolate, Cookies & Cream, Mocha or Caramel
4. Select pick up or drop off service
5. Submit: you will receive a confirmation order with the total price
 
*Do note that all orders have to be placed at least seven (7) days in advance.

What is your pick up service?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be picked up at no extra cost from Clarinda 3169, you will recieve the address closer to the date.

Question 3

What is your drop off service?

Accepted Answer

If you cannot pick up from Clarinda 3169 you can have your order dropped off to your doorstep as an extra cost. 
 
Within 25km of Clarinda 3169= $2.00
Greater than 25km= $5.00
 
Please ensure you provide your address and we will get back to schedule a drop off date/time.

How do I store Hot Chocolate Bombs?

Hot Chocolate Bombs are to be stored in a cool, dark, dry place or refigerated.

How much notice do I need to give for orders?

Accepted Answer

Please place orders seven (7) days in advance. 
 
Christmas order cut off date will be the 15th of December and the last day for drop off will be the 22nd of December.

Question 6

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Once you have recieved an order confirmation, you will be asked to directly transfer into a bank account. Please contact us if you have any troubles with this.

Question 7

How long do Hot Chocolate Bombs last for?

Accepted Answer

Hot Chocolate Bombs are best before one (1) month after they are made. Please check the bottom of the box to see food label and best before date.
